Returns and Breakages
Returns
If you receive a product and then decide you no longer want the product please return it to us. You must ensure that you send it special delivery to protect your -self. We will refund you the cost of the product. The customer remains liable for the carriage costs incurred .
Breakages
The customer should check all plastic items before signing for the product from the delivery driver. If the product is broken then please do not sign for it and mark on the delivery note that the item was broken, and ask the driver to return it to us.
If you receive a product and it is broken, you must inform us within 48hrs of receipt and we will send you instructions for collection and redelivery of a new product. You will not incur any further costs as a result of the carrier breaking a product.
Pet Damage
The products we sell are designed for pets, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that these products are suitable for your dog. Some items that are made form cloth style materials may be damaged by your pet, we are unable to refund or exchange a product due to such damage.
